Specific Times: Daily deliveries typically occur between 12 PM and 6 PM AKST. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, you may request a preferred timeframe in the special instructions box at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Recipient Contact: We will contact the recipient to confirm they can accept the delivery. If they are not home at the time of delivery, the florist may return the arrangement to the shop for pickup. If the sender requests redelivery, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Leave at Door Requests: Customers assume all liability for requests to leave arrangements or gifts unattended. We strongly discourage instructions to leave deliveries on a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot personally accept the arrangement. Due to this request, we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged products.
